  • My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package and I don't see it, what do I do? 

Often times, USPS marks a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. We recommend waiting it out one business day to see if your package ends up arriving. If not, NEW DAUGHTERS  is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and you will need to contact USPS. 


  • I need to cancel, change, or modify my order!

There is a very small time frame where we are able to change or modify an order. Once orders are placed, we cannot cancel them. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before submitting order. 



  • I typed in the wrong address, can you change it?

If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. NEW DAUGHTERS ™  and USPS is not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, we will kindly contact you for the correct shipping address and send you your new tracking number.
